We are offering several 30 minute free dance classes in a variety of dance styles and teaching the Hip Hop choreography developed for the Dizzy feet Foundation by Nappytabs. All ages, interests and abilities welcome. National Dance Day is meant to empower, challenge and inspire everyone to try various styles of dance. Above all, it will encourage everyone to DANCE as a means to stay fit and be healthy.
